Lovely, 1000 altitude difference, before attacking Finales trail named Rollercoaster. After a short break and a little espresso on the top we started to ride the downhill. The core competence of the ION-15 is scary, technical and steep terrain. Places, where I would have preferred to walk with a less capable bike. Its geometry is long and slack and I am able to hit the upcoming trail. In flowly lines, the ION-15 scores with agility and handling. It was good fun jumping drops and tables. The rear end works brillantly with the suspension, while killing jumps and drops. My ION-15 gives me confidence to enjoy both trail and view. And now I get it.
