60 Welded identity We have a specific welding jig for each model and for each size. On this jig, the tubeset is fitted together with the milled parts. Afterwards, our welders tack weld this assembly at precisely defined points in a strict sequence. Then, in order to minimise distortion and warping, the tubes are TIG (tungsten inert gas) welded over multiple passes. Our smooth and evenly scaled welding seams are obtained through a very slow welding speed that enables deeper penetration of the material than a spread seam. The wide and flat form of the seam provides optimal force distribution at the welded joint. 1. Smooth, flat and wide welding lines reduce notch stress and allow good flux of forces 2. Welded gussets derive forces into wide tube areas 3. All bearing seats are machined after welding for low geometric tolerances 4. Deep penetrated welding lines for long fatigue strength 5. All non visible tube connections are fully welded <e>
