NoniusCC Das NONIUS hat für 2005 ein leichtes Lifting erhalten, um die Geometrie in Hinsicht auf die Einsatzbereiche All Mountain / Cross Country / Tour zu verfeinern und zu optimieren. Der Sitzwinkel wurde leicht abgeflacht, um das Oberrohr bei gleichem Radstand zu verlängern und die Funktion des Umwerfers zu verbessern. Das Oberrohr setzt zudem höher am Sitzrohr an, wodurch das Sitzrohrgusset entfällt. Der war- tungsarme Eingelenk Hinterbau bietet einen vari- ablen Federweg von 100 bis 125 mm, ideal für Vario- Federgabeln wie die Fox Tallas mit maxi- mal 125 mm Federweg. In das Nonius sind unse- re Erfahrungen aus der Entwicklung des High End Renners Saturn mit eingeflossen, wie die Zugstrebe zwischen Sitz- und Unterrohr, die das EASTON FS Unterrohr gegen die Dämpferkräfte abstützt. For 2005 the Nonius CC has been given a subtle boost to refine and optimise the geometry for All Mountain and Cross-Country use. The seat tube angle has been sligthly slackened in order to lengthen the top tube and the wheelbase and to improve the function of the front derailleur. In addition the top tube now connects higher at the seat tube where the seat tube gussests were previously welded. This low maintenance single pivot frame offers adjustable travel from 4" to 5" and is the ideal match to adjustable travel suspension forks such as a Fox Talas with its 5" maximum travel. The Nonius CC has benefited from the experience we acquired while developing our Saturn CC high end race frame: a good example of that is the tension plate between the seat and down tubes to reinfoce the EASTON FS down tube against the shock forces. The Nonius CC is a worry free full suspension frame at an appealing price.
