Welcome to Nicolai Norway. My name is Mads Haugen, but everyone calls me Makken. I am a professional freerider with 20 years of experience and a background in motorsports. If you are into freeride too, maybe you know me already as a Red Bull Rampage contestant and Founder of the Fest Series.
During the 2023 season, I stumbled across the German MTB brand Nicolai, when my mechanic who has been following the brand from the very start tipped me about their G-18 freeride rig. I got in touch with the company and I became a Nicolai sponsored rider. The handling, performance, quality and durability of Nicolai have completely won me over. So much so that I have made it my personal mission to introduce the brand to my home country of Norway.
To make things short: I am now the official sales partner of Nicolai in Norway. In addition to a number of test bikes that we can take for a spin together and a stock of G18 frames for custom builds, I can supply you with anything from Nicolai that your heart desires. And on top of that, I'll give you solid advice and no BS.
